  • The Association of Plastic Recyclers (Washington, D.C.) has updated its website to include a program summary flyer, an updated “how to” guidebook, and a baled material economics worksheet.
  • Curry Supply will now distribute Stellar Industries’ (Garner, Iowa) complete line of demountable products, including hooklifts, cable hoists, and container carriers, from its Gilbert, Ariz., location.
  • Geomega Resources (Boucherville, Quebec) will modify its rare earth metals recycling pilot plant at the National Research Council in Boucherville to produce hand sanitizer for retirement homes and hospitals to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
  • A lithium-ion battery recycling plant in New York can move forward with construction now that the state’s Department of Environmental Conservation has issued a required air emissions permit. SungEel MCC Americas (Endicott, N.Y.) received the permit April 1.
